'Breaking Bad' spin-off 'Better Call Saul' launches on UK Netflix

The first episode of Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul is now available to watch on Netflix in the UK.

After premiering on US cable network AMC last night (February 8), Netflix added episode of Better Call Saul to its UK library at 7am this morning (February 9).

Episode two will air on AMC tonight before being added to Netflix's UK library at 7am tomorrow morning (February 10). New episodes of Better Call Saul will then be added each Tuesday, the morning after they premiere in the US.

Better Call Saul's first season will consist of 10 episodes, and AMC has already commissioned a second season comprising 13 episodes. The spin-off series is being steered by Peter Gould, one of Breaking Bad's executive producers, and Vince Gilligan, who created the award-winning drugs drama starring Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul. Gould and Gilligan confirmed earlier this month (January) that Cranston's Walter and Paul's Jesse will not appear in Season One, but hinted that they could feature in future seasons.

The first reviews of Better Call Saul were posted by US critics at the end of last month (January) and have been mostly positive.
