Will Smith made a brief return to his rap past during an appearance on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon yesterday (February 5).
The Men In Black actor and Fallon put their own spin on hip-hop classic 'It Takes Two' by Rob Base and DJ E-Z Rock, rapping over beats they had recorded and looped on an iPad app.
Before he began to focus on acting, Smith enjoyed a successful career as a rapper, first as one half of DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, and then as a solo artist. His movie theme 'Men In Black' made Number One in the UK in 1997, while 1998's 'Gettin Jiggy Wit It' and 1999's 'Wild Wild West' both topped the US Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.
During the Monday night (February 1) episode of his chat show, Fallon recreated the opening sequence of Will Smith's '90s teen sitcom, The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. This week Fallon has also reunited the cast of Saved By The Bell for a one-off sketch.
